The Research On The Transformation And Remodeling Of Rural Grey Power In The Traditional Period Under The Vision Of "State-Society"

The rural gray power have a long history,which have different influences on rural development in different historical periods and different regions.At present,rural gray forces still exist in rural areas,which has caused certain obstacles to the development of rural areas,and it is difficult to get effective governance.This article is based on the in-depth investigation of the traditional period of L Village,Hongmiao Town,Wuwei City,Wuhu City,Anhui Province,and selected materials from the village gray power operating Sanqing teahouses and private casinos in the village through the state power to transform and remodel the incident.From the perspective of the state and society,we explore the logic of the transformation and remodeling of the rural gray power by the realization of state power.This article takes the interaction between the state and society as the analysis framework,and introduces the background,reason and process of the transformation and remodeling of the rural gray power by the state power.In the traditional period,the rural gray forces obtained survival space under the absence of state power.Their development caused certain damage to the village economy,governance and public order.In order to maintain the stability of the village and strengthen the control of the rural society,the state power planned to ban it,but it was resisted by social forces.In the confrontation of power,state power and social power realized the transformation from "antagonism" to"cooperation",and reached cooperation after mutual compromise.The transformation and remodeling of rural gray power by state power,while achieving effective governance of rural gray power,also strengthened the power penetration into rural society.The state power removes the gray attributes of the rural gray power,absorbs them as identities,and becomes the main body of village governance,and give full play to the advantages of the rural gray power in village governance through standardizing operating rules.In order to strengthen the moral education of the village,promote the orderly development of the village economy,and enhance the village’s governance capacity,on the basis of promoting the steady development of the village,strengthen the control of the state power over the village.The process of transformation and remodeling of the rural gray power is a process in which state power strengthens its penetration into rural areas.The relationship between the state and society has changed in the course of interaction,and the state’s attitude towards the gray forces in the country has been changed from banning to remodeling.In the process of transforming and remodeling the rural gray power,the state power gradually absorbed the rural social power that confronted them in the villages into social organizations governing the villages,strengthened the control of the rural society.It has a certain reference significance for the governance of the current rural gray forces and the construction of the country’s grassroots political power.
