Research On The Optimization Of Local Government Functions In The Process Of Electronic Information Industry Agglomeration In Zhengzhou High Tech Zone

Industrial agglomeration is the most effective form of economic organization after the scale of economic development,which plays an important role in regional economic growth.At present,Zhengzhou is in the critical period of economic development,and the industrial agglomeration areas are facing difficulties such as weak agglomeration capacity,insufficient focus of leading industries,lack of elements,and insufficient industrial chain.After years of development,Zhengzhou has formed four major development zones,and industrial parks in line with the characteristics of the zone have been formed in the four development zones.How to further improve the local government functions,through the optimization of government functions to play the role of industrial clusters,promote the high-quality development of industrial clusters and economy,is the focus of this paper.Taking Zhengzhou high tech Industrial Development Zone as the research object,this paper summarizes the industrial development of the high-tech zone,especially the development of electronic information industry,by using the method of literature and field investigation.It also analyzes the government functions and existing problems in the process of electronic information industry cluster development in recent years,and puts forward the government’s economic development process The ways and Countermeasures of optimizing the performance of government functions include improving the top-level system,planning industrial regions,formulating corresponding policies and development strategies,etc.Finally,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the development of electronic information industry in Hightech Zone,and analyzes the causes from the perspective of local government and the direction of further efforts.
