The Research On Xi Jinping’s Ideas Of Governing The Country By Law

The convening of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party officially announced the formation of Xi Jinping’s thoughts of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era.This is another great attempt for the development of Marxism in China.As one of the important contents and components,governing the country in accordance with the law is one of the 14 basic strategies for upholding and developing socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era.The socialist thought with Chinese characteristics in the new era not only summarizes the practice and theoretical basis of the rule of law since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,but also systematically expounds the rule of law in a comprehensive way to make the theoretical thinking more mature.Xi Jinping’s important exposition on comprehensively administering the country according to law has always adhered to the strategic thought of comprehensively administering the country according to law,which guarantees the construction of the rule of law in the new era and points out the direction for the construction of a socialist legal system with Chinese characteristics.This article first takes Marxist theory as a guide,sorts out Xi Jinping ’s comprehensive theory of governing the country according to law,expounds its theoretical origins,studies the ideas of the rule of law of Chinese leaders,which is the core of the classic rule of law,and explains the inevitability of Xi Jinping ’s important theory of governing the country comprehensively.Secondly,the basic content,core connotation,fundamental direction,political premise,overall goal,and strategic status of important discourses are specifically discussed,and their five major characteristics are summarized.The theoretical innovation of the system is analyzed,and the dialectical materialist epistemology is analyzed.It discusses the truth of its truth from the perspective of science,analyzes the integrity of its system from a macro level,shows its relative fairness from the way of implementation,and shows its epochal nature of advancing with the times from the perspective of history.Finally,itanalyzes the theoretical value and practical line,and demonstrates its latest achievements as the localization of Marxism in China,which enriches the Marxist theory of the rule of law and promotes the development of the theory of the rule of law in humans.Regarding the practice path,the specific implementation methods are mainly proposed from three aspects:governing according to law,reforming the rule of law,and the people’s subject.
