| With the continuous promotion of ecological civilization construction in China,the concept of "green water and green mountains are golden mountains and silver mountains" has been deeply rooted in the hearts of the people,which has inspired the establishment of the national park system pilot in China,which has also led to the contradiction between natural protection and local economic development.In order to alleviate this problem,this paper takes the entrance community of the Northeast Tiger and Leopard National Park as the research area,based on the community participation and the multidisciplinary theory of geography,tourism and management,drawing on the experience of the development of the entrance community ecotourism at home and abroad,and using the analysis of stakeholders,studies the development of the entrance community ecotourism,trying to improve local contradictions and promote sustainable development Exhibition.First of all,based on the theory of stakeholders and literature research,combined with field survey,questionnaire and interview,the paper identifies the stakeholders involved in ecotourism in the entrance community of national park,including the residents of the entrance community,government departments,national park administration,tourists,tourism enterprises,non-governmental organizations,experts and scholars groups.Then,it analyzes the interest demands of different stakeholders,and concludes that the interest demands of residents in the entrance community are to increase income,improve infrastructure,improve quality of life,and require fair distribution and compensation of interests;the government departments want to balance the relationship between ecological protection and economic development;National Park Management Bureau wants to reduce the conflict between human activities and wild animals,and solve the people’s livelihood Well being issues;tourists want to get rich tourism experience,leisure and relaxation as well as physical and mental satisfaction;tourism enterprises prefer to pursue higher income and hope to get the support of the government;non-governmental organizations want to strengthen ecological protection and the development of local communities;experts and scholars want to get the corresponding trust and support.According to the field investigation and benefit analysis,the paper summarizes the current problems,which are mainly manifested in the low level of community participation and high resistance,the lack of communication and communication among stakeholders,and the lack of a relatively fair benefit coordination mechanism.Finally,based on the above analysis,this paper puts forward suggestions for the entrance community to participate in the development of ecotourism,constructs the participation mode of "community construction,multiparty participation and collaborative development",gradually improves the status and importance of the entrance community,and establishes an effective community participation decision-making mechanism,a fair benefit distribution mechanism and a standardized legal guarantee mechanism.Take the entrance community as the main body,scientifically and comprehensively plan ecotourism.In different stages of the construction of national park,ecotourism should be scientifically planned.In the early stage of the construction of national park,the main development is to rely on the natural environment and wild animal and plant resources of the entrance community and surrounding areas,use digital technology to improve the science popularization and education function of national park,and gradually establish the awareness of environmental protection for tourists;in the middle stage of the construction of national park,improve the visitor reception service and the construction of characteristic towns Set up and popularize the concept of ecological protection;in the mature period,the ecological environment has been effectively protected for a long time,the local economic strength has been enhanced,and the city and health resort tourism focusing on leisure and vacation have been carried out. |
