The Life Satisfaction Survey Of Taiwanese In Shanghai With The Visual Angel Of Service-oriented Government

In recent years,with the peaceful development of cross strait relations,the number of Taiwanese moving to the mainland of China has increased enormously,for the sake of travel,education,employment and residence.As the favorite city of Taiwanese in the mainland,Shanghai’s municipal government has launched a series of policies concerning with the areas of economy,culture,education,medical treatment etc.,which can bring much benefits to the Taiwanese in Shanghai and promote more cooperation between cross straits.This paper emphasizes upon the life satisfaction survey of Taiwanese here on the service of Shanghai municipal government.On the basis of that,it wishes to provide some practical suggestions for us,with the guidance of the service-oriented government theory and the purpose of higher quality service to Taiwanese.This paper elaborates the theories of satisfaction survey.After conducting a questionnaire survey to the Taiwan’s citizens,students and merchants in Shanghai,this paper tries to explore the Taiwanese’s understanding and perceptions to the policies of Shanghai municipal government,as well as analyzing the real influence factors of the degree of satisfaction.This paper also shows us that the degree of satisfaction of Taiwanese with different personal information differs a lot with each other,and it concerns with four aspects: education degree,personal income,age and the period of time in Shanghai.Among them,the aspect of education degree is not conducive to the satisfaction,while the other three ones can profit it.It can be concluded that the more educated in Taiwan,the lower satisfaction to Shanghai.By carrying on the regression analysis,we can find that the main influence factors are the subject consciousness of Taiwan,the service to Taiwanese of Shanghai municipal government and its governability,while the first one has the greatest impact.Based on the questionnaire survey,interview and some other study methods,this paper puts forward some specific suggestions and ideas from subjective and objective: firstly,to guide and defuse the subject consciousness of Taiwan;secondly,to carry out people-oriented service to Taiwanese in Shanghai;thirdly,to improve the governability of Shanghai municipal government.
