| Party to build a clean government and combat corruption in recent years,with the high pressure situation continue to push forward,which is mainly composed of duty crime investigation shift criminal crimes,has become the focus of the criminal investigation work,judicial organs for criminal project conduction of them have gradually become the norm.On the contrary,for criminal investigation project(hereinafter referred to as the project reconnaissance),whether in theory or in practice has not been the attention they deserve.Over a long period of time,the project reconnaissance,as one of the major means of criminal investigation,has long been formed a relatively mature case model,in the fight against crime,maintain social fairness and justice and safeguard people’s life and property security madeoutstanding contributions,the problem is that the system is in a traditional society crime situation of strategic choice,in the current social,political,economic,information,science,culture and so on various aspects of the rapid development of the situation,its defects and shortcomings are also increasingly highlighted.On how to understand the puzzle of the project investigation,combined with some practical experience,this paper analyzes the current status of project investigation,combining with the characteristics of its lists the existing project reconnaissance system many defects,and is not reasonable,and further analyzes the reasons of the existence of the problem.At the same time,the author has two aspects of theory and reality on the rationality of the existence of project investigation,pointed out that the current project reconnaissance the inevitability and necessity of existence.Through the above two aspects,improve and perfect the work of project reconnaissance system,needs not only scientific and rational concept of investigation to get change,also need standard feasible system design to carry out the point of view. |
