Citizens’ Sports Rights Are Guaranteed By The Sports Law

Due to the fact that citizens’ sports rights have become an "unenumerated" basic right in China’s constitution,it is necessary to give citizens’ sports rights strong protection in legislation.Starting from the current situation of sports rights legislation,although citizens’ sports rights can be deduced from China’s legislation,it is not clearly stipulated.In addition,there are still problems such as incomplete supporting system,low level of legislation and chaotic legal system.From the perspective of foreign legislation,foreign legislation focuses on clarifying citizens’ sports rights in the form of laws,and has corresponding supporting systems,with adequate rights protection.In the "sports law" to protect citizens’ sports rights is the requirement of human rights protection,but also the requirement of improving the legal system construction.The sports law belongs to the legislation of people’s livelihood in nature.The legislation of people’s livelihood has the characteristics of administrative law.The protection of citizens’ sports rights can be guaranteed by drawing resources from the administrative law.From the force of law,in order to better safeguard citizens’ sports rights,in the "sports law" clearly citizens sports rights,and in the corresponding sections form a complete set of perfect sports rights system,perfect the rights conditions,increasing the government’s administrative responsibility,to provide legal basis for laws regulations,can the effective implementation of the security legislation.
