The Design And Implementation Of Trial Process Supervision And Deviation Warning System

With the continuous deepening of the informatization construction of the court,the level of online case handling has been greatly improved,and the dimension of trial process management has also increased.The trial process supervision is based on the judicial standardization documents,and helps the court leaders,trial courts and other organizations to supervise,guide and coordinate the judges,clerk and other personnel in the judicial process such as trial and concluding case.At present,there is no multi-angle trial process analysis and supervision tool in the Tianjin court.The process reminder function of the legal system is also relatively simple.It is urgent to develop a trial process supervision and deviation warning system,improve the trial process management,and enrich the process reminder.Based on the requirements of judicial process standards,this thesis designs and implements the trial process supervision and deviation warning system.The system carries out all-round supervision on the trial process of various cases in the courts of Tianjin,and carries out statistical analysis and visualization on the standardization and application of each process node and trial period of the case,and automatically labels and continues according to the set deviation threshold.Tracking abnormal cases of the process,and docking with the trial business,and alerting the organizer and related personnel.This thesis elaborates the judgment logic of the process node,analyzes the calculation method of the trial period statistics under multiple dimensions,sorts out the trigger conditions of the process reminder,and divides the reasonable permissions of different roles according to the scope of the target users,and realizes strict permission control of data processing scope.Based on the analysis of business requirements,this thesis divides the seven business modules of process overview,process node analysis,trial limit statistics,case retrieval,case analysis,process reminder and threshold management,and gives the realization ideas of multi-court login and permission control.Each business module is implemented according to business requirements,and high-availability solutions are designed for a large number of requests that may occur in the system,including data cache and dynamic soft load balance.After testing the system’s function,security,and performance,it fully verifies that the system meets business needs,with reliable security,fast response performance,and scalability to scale the system horizontally.This project has been deployed and applied in courts at all levels in Tianjin,meeting the court’s regulatory trial process and reminding the business needs of the case to deviate from the information,and the application effect is good.
