Design Of Control System Of Targeted Persons In The Era Of "Big Data"

According to the concept of improve the science and technology of police,the informationization of public security developed for many years,already has set up a multiple information system,effectively improve the efficiency of the security forces.Because of the particularity of domestic security,the governance of domestic targeted persons has yet to realize information management,there are many inconvenience when cooperate with the other types of police.Based on my own practical working experience,According to the requirements from system of govern the domestic targeted persons,Design and develop the system of govern the domestic targeted persons.In this paper,according to the situation of development of the big data technology in the Jiujiang public security,In order to improve the control ability,and the requirements of personnel information digitalization,comprehensive query requirements,real-time control,and the demand of dispatching command in the govern the domestic targeted persons.the system has been designed,include the functions of maintenance personnel information update,behavior warning model,and police deploy arrangement.The function of integrated data query and build early warning model is the core of the systemThis paper use the analytic hierarchy process(ahp),analysis and calculation the kinds of harm behavior’s weight,find out the data the control system need to provide,ask for the corresponding data interface from the superior big data center,Make the control system and intelligence analysts will be able to get more comprehensive data to support.In the same time,built the early warning model for the domestic targeted persons,by setting the corresponding threshold,the system can automatically warning information,Instead of intelligence analyst for preliminary analysis,improve the efficiency of intelligence analysts and the quality of the early warning information.
