| Since the beginning of the new century,terrorism has become more and more serious,and it has gradually gained greater scale and jeopardy.In the repeated terrorism attacks and threats,explosion is a common and severe form of serious crime.As a professional team against explosion crime,the public security inspection team has experienced rapid development both internationally and domestically.This passage is based on questionnaires collected from 43 frontline-working security inspection policemen serving in 30 public security organs in 36 Chinese cities,trying to research into the status quo of professionalization as well as general law of China’s explosion-removal security inspection team with the method of ”gross from details”.Then clarify the challenges and shortcomings of Chinese explosion-removal security inspection team in their hard process of professionalizing and finally put foward the possible direction and strategy towards this problem.This passage contains three parts:The first part: the status quo of professionalization of China’s explosion-removal security inspection team.The professionalization of explosion-removal security inspection team is a wide-ranging topic,this part only looks into the five main factors affecting the professionalization process,including team formation,human factors,ways to enhance professionality,professional equipment and related working fields.The second part: the analysis of objective problems of professionalization of China’s explosion-removal security inspection team.Including: the way and scale of setting up team should be further expanded and deepened;the lack of education and appointment system;the loss of talents;weakness in procurement and use of equipment;misunderstanding in explosionremoval philosophy.The third part puts forward the countermeasures to promote professionalization of China’s explosion-removal security inspection team.On the basis of analysis,the passage puts forward the corresponding countermeasures against existing problem,including: further expansion and deepening of the formation of explosion-removal team;setting of a well-established training and selection system;retaining professional talents by improving the daily service mechanism and the title appraisal policy;strengthening the professionality of security inspection equipment;establishing correct concept of balanced development of security inspection and explosionremoving. |
