The Research About Multiple Subject Cooperation Mechanism In The Social Endowment Service

At present,facing the acceleration of population aging in our country,the traditional family pension mode and single body participate in the pension services have not adapt to the serious trend of population aging,so guiding multiple subject to participate in the social endowment service becomes an inevitable choice,then strengthen the cooperation of multiple subject in the social endowment service also becomes more urgent.This papers’ object is multiple subject cooperation mechanism in the social endowment service,including the following five aspects: firstly,the paper defines clearly concepts of social endowment service and cooperation mechanism,then introduce the social endowment service development of China,Britain,the United States and Japan;secondly,the paper based on the theory of new public management and cooperation governance to build the target model about multiple subject cooperation mechanism in the social endowment service and analyze its feasibility;thirdly,the paper sets Shanghai P area Y street as an example,analyzes cooperation actuality,mechanism and performance;fourthly,through the comparison of theory and practice,sums up the problems and the reasons in the cooperation mechanism;fifthly,the paper puts forward the rules and countermeasures about optimizing the multiple subject cooperation mechanism in the social endowment service.The paper combines quantitative and qualitative method,on the one hand,through the questionnaire investigation and interview method understanding the multiple subject and cooperative situation about social endowment service in Y street;on the other hand,using the analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to analyze the cooperation performance about Y street,they are conducive to research the multiple subject cooperation mechanism in the social endowment service.
