| In recent years,with the development of PLA information construction,the type of information carrier was increasing,the field of information security was developing,and the information security problems continued to occur.It brought great losses to the construction of the army.Information security management had attracted the attention of the different levels military leader.In the micro era which the main characteristic was the information spreading widely,the reserve force’s information security management was facing much challenge due to its particularity.Studying on the topic of the reserve force information security in the micro era was very important to strengthen the information security reserve guard,to reduce the information safety accidents,and to formulate the corresponding laws and regulations.In this topic,it defined the subject of the micro era,the reserve force,and the information security,and expounded the role of the reserve force information security and the work principle in the micro era.It pointed out the problem of the reserve forces information security in the micro era and analyzed the reasons of those problems.It analyzed and summarized the practice of foreign reserve force information security management,so as to provide reference for strengthening the reserve force information security management.Finally,it pointed out that strengthening the reserve force information security management need to prefect mechanism,to develop technology,to train men for profession,to strengthen education,and to strict supervision. |
