The Study Of The "Narrative Design" Method In Sculpture Creation ——Take The "Eloquence" Series Of Works As An Example

Sculpture acts on people’s vision and touch with its figure,volume and texture,and affects people’s thoughts and feelings.As the carrier of communication and interaction between creators and viewers,it has shown a mainstream trend from the material level to the spiritual level.From the perspective of sculpture creation,this thesis put forward the method of “narrative design” as the design principle for sculpture art and practices,observing the narrative relevance in sculpture ontology language of sculpture art creation,the multiple narrativity in sculpture formal language and the narrative interaction in sculpture aesthetic emotion,through the multi-disciplinary research method and theories such as narratology and literature,taking some domestic and foreign cases as examples to analyze,this thesis discussed the construction of sculpture creation methods under the guidance of the concept of“narrative design”,analyzed the narrative theme,narrative structure and narrative plot in sculpture art creation based on the personal practices and creations,in view of the hierarchical dimension of emotional resonance between sculpture works and the viewers,it summarized and verified the scientific nature of sculpture creation method under the guidance of the method of “narrative design”,which helped artists create works of art that meet the emotional needs of the public,shortened the distance between people and sculpture,and more possibilities for sculpture art creation methods were obtained.
