As one of the most representative freehand figure painters,Li Zhenjian has been trained by art masters such as Huang Binhong and Pan Tianshou.His art path is very broad.He makes full use of vigorous and free and easy pen and ink,which makes the color of the picture fresh,elegant and lifelike.In many years of art education and figure painting creation practice,it has inherited the form and spirit view and pen and ink style of China’s traditional figure painting,absorbed the advantages of Western painting,boldly integrated the structural sketch language into the creation of China’s traditional figure painting,enhanced the expressiveness of freehand figure painting,and created a new look of freehand figure painting that not only has the characteristics of the times but also reflects the real life.His works come from tradition and are based on contemporary times.They have unique cultural heritage in formal language such as pen and ink techniques,modeling and composition.Li Zhenjian’s painting road has been seeking innovation and development in the process of change,and each change is a kind of progress.This paper attempts to elaborate the formal language of Li Zhenjian’s freehand figure painting and its influence on the author’s creation from the following three aspects: the first aspect introduces the social background of Li Zhenjian’s freehand figure painting style and the innovation of pen and ink exploration.Understanding the social background at that time is helpful to understand the painter’s thoughts,feelings and artistic ideas;The second part analyzes the formal language charm of Li Zhenjian’s freehand figure painting from three aspects: pen and ink,modeling and composition;The third part discusses the influence of Li Zhenjian’s formal language on the author’s creation from three aspects: inspiration source,creative process and creative perception. |
