Research On The Expression Form Of Surrealism Animation

Nowadays,with the rapid development of animation art,viewers are not only satisfied with the visual feelings animation provides to people,but more and more viewers pay more attention to the deeper expression of animation art to people’s heart.The art school of surrealism is active in all kinds of art.From the early stage of poetry creation to the current field of animation,the artistic concept of surrealism shines brilliantly.Surrealism advocates paying attention to people’s inner world and obtaining creative inspiration from the subconscious.Since the surrealist movement,surrealist films have followed,bearing the general artistic laws and main ideas of surrealist art.As a branch of film and television art,animation is destined to be the best carrier of surrealism due to its artistic characteristics.Surrealist animations use non-realistic ways to express real inner feelings.Compared with traditional animations,the biggest difference between surrealist animations is that the former pays less attention to stories than logic and pays more attention to expressing people’s inner feelings.The latter is the opposite.Therefore,surrealism is more likely to resonate with viewers than traditional animation.This paper analyzes and studies the expression forms of surrealist animation.On the one hand,the author studies the inherent elements of surrealism in animation from the perspective of its theoretical basis.On the other hand,by analyzing the Kon Satoshi,Piotr Dumala,Raoul Servais such as animated master works in surrealism,combining the theory of surrealism from the lens,color and material the use of visual language to further study the form,and then to the value and significance of surrealism animation are summarized and prospected,It is hoped that the expression forms of surrealist animation can be sorted out and supplemented,so as to provide more possibilities for surrealist animation,more creative inspiration and free space for animation creators.
