The Expression Of Self-consciousness In Art Form ——The Creative Practice Of The Conceptual Work "Moments"

The emergence of Internet platform and the formation of mobile communication system have changed the way of human content production and distribution.In terms of form,the Internet platform has replaced the traditional media and become the hub of information aggregation and distribution;from the perspective of communication relations,the individual participation desire and information demand of social members form a two-wheel drive of information interaction in contemporary society.On the one hand,in the process of passively accepting massive information,individuals gradually lose the ability and way to actively select information and construct self-value judgment and cognitive framework.On the other hand,the threshold of public voice has been removed,and anyone can express their views on the public platform.The core question of this study is: how can individuals in today’s society express their ideas of self-truth smoothly without being constrained by external forces? This question is universal and has become a communication problem that everyone has to face in the Internet information society.Based on the above problems,starting from the thought of deconstruction and conceptual art,through the analysis of relevant literature and works,the author extracts two core conclusions: "deconstruction breaks the unitary order" and "conceptual art gets rid of the shackles of form and faces the essence of the object" as theoretical support to guide creative practice.The creation is based on daily life,combined with the current popular visual art expression forms for artistic creation,trying to respond to the above problems through visual works as a reference for "contemporary individuals to express their self-consciousness”.The full text is divided into five chapters.The first part is Chapter 1 "Background Analysis",which summarizes the background and key points of the subject,obtains the research purpose and significance,and defines its research scope and methods.The second part is Chapter 2 "Theoretical Research",which is divided into two parts: theoretical guidance and creative form.The third part,namely Chapter 3 and Chapter 4,"Creative Practice",takes the core views of structuralism and conceptual art as the theoretical basis of creation.At the same time,it draws lessons from the creation techniques of Pop art and Dadaism in modern art schools,uses the artistic language of different materials as the creation unit,and takes “the breaking of finished products,the patchwork of fragments and the final reconstruction of a finished product” as the basic creative logic,thus completing the creation practice of the conceptual work Moments of We Chat.The practice of creation uses the existing theories to pay attention to the current information and virtual social landscape,sort out the problems faced by individuals in order to arouse individuals’ attention to the construction and expression of self-consciousness.
