Bamboo flute is one of the oldest national Musical Instruments in China,and its development history can be traced back to ancient times.It can be said that the evolution of the flute culture has gone through a long process.Since the founding of New China,the founders of the flute world represented by Feng Zicun,Liu Guanyue,Zhao Songting and Lu Chunling have made great contributions to the development of bamboo flute art.With the active participation of many professional composers,modern bamboo flute works have been continuously created and developed in a more systematic and standardized direction.The bamboo flute solo "Deep Autumn Ballad" composed in the late 1980 s is one of the models.The birth of this work has made outstanding contributions to the organic combination of key selection,composition technology,and bamboo flute performance skills,as well as the musical aesthetics and humanistic connotation for Chinese bamboo flute music works.At the same time,it has also broadened the development space of bamboo flute art.In this paper,"Deep Autumn Ballad" was mainly analyzed from three aspects.Firstly,the background of music creation was briefly introduced.In terms of music structure,influenced by western music,Liu Tianhua initiated the improvement of Traditional Chinese music,Chinese traditional music applies the ingenious combination of " Western learning for practical application",which enables folk music to develop in a diversified manner on the premise of inheriting the tradition.Meanwhile,Chinese traditional music has been changed in many aspects such as musical structure,harmony,melody,tonality,rhythm,range selection,etc.to deepen the processing of seemingly simple phrases.Secondly,the performance techniques of "Deep Autumn Ballad" are rich and varied.This study analyzed its ethereal timbre with yearning and resentment,light and jumping sound,and flexible fingering conversion from the three aspects of "Qi,Finger and Tongue".Players should pay special attention to the use of these techniques in the music,only in this way can the artistic conception of the work be better presented.Finally,this work combines the traditional aesthetic system with the literary creative thinking.This not only improves the depth of the performance of the music content,but also makes its rich and strong humanistic connotation resonate with the audience,making it a classic and excellent bamboo flute solo.
