Research On Marx’s Property Right Theory And Its Practical Significance

Marx’s theory of property rights is an important part of Marxist theory,and the study of property rights always runs through the whole process of Marx’s thought development.On the whole,the ideological resources criticized and reformed by Marx in the process of constructing property rights theory include modern western property rights theory,utopian socialist property rights theory and young hegelians property rights theory.In a word,the formation process of Marx’s property right theory is essentially consistent with the establishment process of historical materialism.Marx’s theory of property rights germinated in the early stage,formed in the period of historical materialism,and deepened in the period of Capital.From the initial criticism of the legal significance of private property relations,Marx found that the legal relationship is rooted in the material life relations,and started the research on the economic significance of private property relations.In the political economy criticism of private property relations,he realized that property relations are only the legal terms of production relations.After the establishment of historical materialism,in the historical materialism criticism of capitalist private ownership,the idea of eliminating private ownership and re-establishing individual ownership was put forward.Classics are valuable resources for studying Marx’s property rights theory.After combing and integrating the exposition of property rights in classics,it is found that the main contents of Marx’s property rights theory are: ownership determines property rights,property rights are the legal manifestation of ownership,and ownership is the realistic form of property rights;Property right is the product of the development of productive forces.Bourgeois property right is the product of a specific historical period,which implies the relationship between the rule,exploitation and domination of the haves over the have-nots,and is an "obstacle" to people’s self-realization and free development.Property right is a combination of various rights related to property,mainly including ownership,possession,use and control.The unity of opposites between ownership,the core element of property rights,and the possession,use and control of basic elements constitute the unity of opposites structure of property rights.The two functions of Marx’s property right theory are to consolidate the economic foundation and stabilize the production order.By expounding the contemporary mirror of Marx’s property rights theory to western modern property rights theory and clarifying the difference between Marx’s property rights theory and western modern property rights theory,it is confirmed that Marx’s property rights theory is a systematic and scientific property rights theory in the history of social science,which has guiding significance for promoting the construction of socialist dual property rights system with Chinese characteristics,properly solving the social fairness and justice problem under the gap between the rich and the poor,and deepening the reform of mixed ownership of state-owned enterprises in the new era of China.
