Contemporary Interpretation Of Folk Song Elements In Northern Shaanxi ——Analysis On The Creative Conception Of Symphonic Poem "Ode To Yan’an River"

Taking the symphonic poem "Yan’an River",a master’s degree work,as the object of analysis,this paper explains the accumulation of thinking in music creation and the reflection and summary of the creation process of the work,discusses from the aspects of material selection,musical form analysis,interpretation,inheritance and innovation of elements of Northern Shaanxi folk songs,and expounds the creative intention of the music work,as well as the innovation and application of traditional elements of Northern Shaanxi folk songs in creation.The reason why we choose to take the contemporary interpretation of the elements of Northern Shaanxi folk songs as the topic is that various music types have come into people’s eyes with the rapid development of society and the Internet,and the creators should also let the elements of folk songs we are proud of be in line with the times,interpret new national styles in contemporary music,and carry forward the traditional Chinese music.Starting with the structure and pitch of the work,the paper explains the musical form structure of the work with words and diagrams.This orchestral work based on Northern Shaanxi folk songs uses sonata form to create,draws lessons from Western symphonic poetry styles,and expounds how these three aspects complement each other through the analysis of theme materials,modes,tonality and harmony,so as to show the charm of national music through the language of music,Let the Chinese music elements shine brightly in the orchestral music of Western genres,show a new style of national music,let the Loess Plateau in Northern Shaanxi leap above the band’s general score through the music language,and let the tone of Northern Shaanxi folk songs linger in the instruments of Western orchestras.Among the elements forming music style,melody and tone account for the largest proportion.The use of Chinese pentatonic mode in the creation process is to better integrate with folk song materials.Show the use of traditional folk tunes in the works with music score examples and words.The integration of Northern Shaanxi folk song elements after using composition techniques makes the orchestral works icing on the cake.Change the rhythmic development with the sound of the original material,but break away from the melody of the original material,and a new melody appears.Add special tones to make the music have folk song elements,but develop in theme and strength.How the speed and strength complement each other in the work,and how the emotion of the work is sublimated with music in the work.For national music,we should not only spread and develop,but also carry forward on the basis of transmission and inheritance.We should integrate Northern Shaanxi folk songs into orchestral music as materials,reproduce the artistic conception of folk songs with musical language,and add the national musical instrument suona to make the works contain a strong artistic conception of Chinese national folk music;We should continue to learn from the previous research and creation,based on traditional culture,and create orchestral works with the spirit of social characteristics of the new era and Chinese national elements.
