Research On The Construction Of A Community Of Shared Future For Mankind From The Perspective Of Risk Society

Human development is accompanied by "risks".With the advancement of globalization,the links between countries and regions have become closer,and mankind is stepping into a risk society.In a risk society,mankind is facing many challenges.Terrorism,ecological crisis,trade protectionism and populism all affect the development of human society.From the perspective of risk society,building a common understanding of human destiny faces many challenges,which are mainly manifested as follows: first,in the political field,the hegemonic thinking of Western powers has a far-reaching impact,the drawbacks and constraints of the existing international system,and hegemonism and power politics dominate the international community;Second,there are risks in the economic field.It is difficult to reach a consensus on the sustainable development of the global economy,the coordination of global macroeconomic policies is blocked,and trade protectionism is on the rise;Third,there are risks in the cultural field.The contradictions and conflicts among diverse civilizations are intensifying.The Western universal values are still dominant,and the Western civilization has become a strong civilization,exacerbating the conflicts;Fourth,there are risks in the security field.Traditional security problems and non-traditional security problems exist at the same time;Fifth,there are risks in the ecological field.The old international order is difficult to solve the problem of world environmental governance.Global ecological contradictions have proliferated,and it is more difficult to jointly manage the global ecology.There are four main reasons:first,the conflict caused by cultural differences intensifies the global risk,which is mainly manifested in the conflict caused by differences in values and ideology;Second,the interest conflicts between countries cause global risks,which are mainly manifested in the interest conflicts between developed countries,developing countries and developed and developing countries;Third,the anti globalization wave has led to global risks,mainly manifested in the impact on the global trade pattern,which has further intensified the confrontation between the two camps and increased the difficulty of global governance.In order to better cope with the global risk society and build a community of shared future for mankind,efforts should be made in the following aspects: first,we should vigorously promote the common values of all mankind;second,we should promote the establishment of a new international political order,establish a new pluralistic international system,promote the democratization of international relations,deal with hegemonism,and effectively deal with political risks;Third,we should comprehensively deepen global economic reform,strengthen global macroeconomic policy coordination,promote trade liberalization,establish an early warning mechanism for trade protection,and effectively respond to economic risks;Fourth,we should steadily build a harmonious global cultural system,advocate a civilized concept of inclusiveness and mutual learning,strengthen cultural exchanges and dialogue among countries,innovate international cultural exchange mechanisms,and effectively respond to cultural risks;Fifth,we should work together to build a new paradigm of global security governance,improve our ability to deal with traditional security issues and non-traditional security crises,and effectively deal with security risks;Sixth,we should adhere to the construction of global ecological civilization,establish a strong sense of global ecological community,and call on all countries to assume the responsibility of global ecological governance and effectively deal with ecological risks.
