Mongols Myths And Legends And My Sculptures

Mongolian myths and legends have a long history and are an indispensable part of the human history of the grassland.When I was a child,my elders often told those interesting stories.I was intoxicated after listening to them.This is the most unforgettable memory of my youth.With my growth,it has always affected my thoughts,emotions and spiritual world.The vivid scenes and rich plots in fairy tales,like playing movies,appeared in front of me and echoed in my mind and heart.Those colorful characters,gods,animals and plants,Can be used as the inspiration source of my sculpture works,which has a great attraction to me,continuously improve my artistic creativity and expressiveness,and become the main material for my sculpture artistic creation and emotional release.This paper is divided into four parts: the introduction describes the source,significance and purpose of the topic;The first chapter describes the value of myths and legends,the relationship between art and the theme of myths and legends in sculpture creation;The second chapter describes the conception of Mongolian myths and legends in artistic creation and the performance in sculpture creation;The third chapter expounds my creative analysis and the emotional injection in this creation.The key part of this paper is the third chapter,which is a specific exposition of the creative process.Based on the formal language of our ancestors,this paper analyzes the formal style,expression methods,material application and texture expression of our ancestors’ sculpture creation,explores its impact on the formal language of our works,and explores how to use the experience of our ancestors to create personalized sculpture works with Mongolian mythology as the creative theme.After practice and exploration,it is found that in the process of sculpture creation,the excavation and research of formal language is more conducive to the expression of the shape of the work and the characteristics of artistic image,so that the created works can better express their thoughts,feelings and creative intention.In short,the author’s experience of life gives a very visual expression to the sculpture works,so that the works can move people’s heartstrings and be understood and accepted by the viewer.
