The Fenghuang dialect belongs to the Huaijing section of the southwest Mandarin,and the academic circle has little research on the Fenghuang dialect,which mostly starts from the direction of traditional phonetics and rarely involves experimental phonetics.This paper applies the theory of phonetic pattern in experimental phonetics to analyze the Fenghuang dialect on the basis of field investigation,mainly including the research on the vowel,consonant and tone pattern of Fenghuang dialect.Firstly,the paper introduces the research status and phonetic pattern of Fenghuang dialect in Fenghuang region,explains the research significance and purpose of the topic,and introduces the research methods needed in the thesis writing.The second part is the main body of the paper,mainly through the experimental study of Fenghuang dialect vowel pattern,consonant pattern and tone pattern analysis.The vowel pattern mainly analyzes first-order vowels,then the vowel pattern of Fenghuang dialect is obtained.Consonants can be divided into two aspects: stop pattern and affricate pattern.Stop pattern is analyzed based on GAP and VOT,and affricate is studied based on the center of gravity and dispersion degree of affricate.The tone pattern analyzed the fundamental frequency of the tone from the perspectives of male,female,middle-aged and young people,and finally obtained the picture of tone value of Fenghuang dialect through normalization,and made corresponding comparison with previous studies.Finally,from the perspective of vowels,consonants and tones,the paper summarizes the phonetic pattern of Fenghuang dialect.Guided by the theory of phonetic pattern and based on field investigation,this paper makes an indepth analysis of Fenghuang dialect by means of phonetic experiment in order to enrich the study of Fenghuang dialect in the linguistic field.
