During the Jiajing period of the Ming Dynasty,Gaoqiang,which was introduced into Yuexi,Anhui Province,was the remains of Qingyang qiang,Named Yuexi Gaoqiang in 1953,it belongs to the type of traditional opera.is a type of opera which is popular in Yuexi,Anhui Province.It was originally named Gaoqiang and was named Yuexi Gaoqiang in the 1950 s.It is the remains of Qingyang qiang.Gaoqiang has the characteristics of "bangqiang",and its singing is characterized by "gundiao",Although it has become a scene of withering flowers and withering willows in the late Ming Dynasty,However,its fluent and graceful simplicity and open artistic conception are deeply loved by the people.Yuexi,as a mountainous area,is lucky to be the county where it is spread.More scholars and old artists will treasure the transcripts,So far.From Wei Gu Zuo Chang to the establishment of the troupe,it is inseparable from the teaching of an old Ni artist and the study of the inheritor.This paper takes Yuexi Gaoqiang as the research object,divides the historical development track of Yuexi Gaoqiang into three parts according to the time order,and investigates its development process and the cultural value of its existence for the society at that time.The first part is the "Wei Gu Zuo Chang" in the late Ming and early Qing Dynasty.Because it is only limited to the form of entertainment among the literati,there is no makeup,no performance,no costume,so it only performs in the field;The second part is the stage performance after the sixth year of the reign of Emperor Guangxu（1880）.Due to the teaching and learning of professionals,class clubs with rules and regulations were gradually formed,and the costumes and suitcases were set up.They were able to perform on the stage.There were some improvements in talent training,music and performance forms,as well as the system,music and performance forms,as well as the system,and the overall image of the opera was restored;The third part is the development of Yuexi Gaoqiang after the founding of new China.Because relevant scholars found the existence of folk transcripts in the deep mountains and old forests,and compared them with the copies of Qingyang cavity,it was found that Yuexi Gaoqiang was the descendants of Qingyang cavity,which attracted the attention of Yuexi County Government.Since then,it was formed a professional troupe to protect and inherit it,but it was not long since the founding of new China,The current situation is still in a turbulent period.The troupe has experienced many hardships,the actors have experienced many vicissitudes,and the prosperity of Huangmei Opera has had an impact on Yuexi Gaoqiang.It was not until the establishment of Yuexi Gaoqiang inheritance center that Yuexi Gaoqiang was basically stable.Both in terms of performance and the whole collection of materials,Yuexi Gaoqiang has made great progress.Later,Yu Dongping,a modern composer,created the music of Yuan zaju Zhao’s orphan,which used a lot of Yuexi’s high pitched singing elements and a small amount of Huangmei Opera’s singing elements.This paper will make a corresponding research and Analysis on its musical form and music.The emergence of Yuexi Gaoqiang was not achieved overnight.As a legacy of Qingyang opera,it not only retained the legendary script of Nanxi opera in the early Ming Dynasty,but also developed the feature of "gundiao",which realized the transition from Qupai style to banqiang style.It also preserved the trinity of singing,helping and playing.Its rise and fall reflected the social music culture at that time,Because it is in line with the general public audience’s own love and cultural needs,This is also the most important feature that distinguishes it from Kunqu Opera favored by literati and elegant guests.Given that opera has the characteristics of carrying ancient and modern times and depicting life,the author hopes to show more people the historical process of Yuexi Gaoqiang and its unique charm through this paper.
