Chinese art song is an important genre of Chinese vocal compositions and has played an essential role in the musical evolution of Chinese modern music.As an influential composer in the modern era of China,Lu Zaiyi’s works have greatly contributed to the development of Chinese art songs.The study of his most representative works,"The Bridge" and "The Motherland’s Kind Mother",is of great importance in terms of both artistic value and national value.As a vocal singer and learner,the author believes that the study and training of how to sing these two works in the process of singing is highly researchable.This article focuses on the study of the Chinese art song and the musical analysis of Lu Zaiyi’s two works "The Bridge" and "Motherland,Mother of Mercy",as well as the value and inspiration of the two works for lyric tenor training.The first part is an overview of Chinese art songs,which briefly introduces the development process of Chinese art songs and its typical characters and pieces.The second section takes the two art songs composed by Lu Zaiyi as the main content of the study with the analysis of the musical and singing process traits.The third part of the study is based on what I,as a vocal learner,consider to be the necessary qualities,and proposes the training value of Lu Zaiyi’s two works for lyric tenors and the revelation in the singing process,hoping to provide some experience reference for future vocal learners. |
