With the development of the times,the school’s teaching classroom equipment has become increasingly sophisticated,and the teaching methods have become more mature and diversified,but grammar teaching is still a major problem in English teaching.Even if students can grasp the definition of grammar,they cannot apply it flexibly,or even make mistakes,let alone its inner meaning.Through literature review and learning,this study believes that digital classrooms can be used to construct situations to help students learn and experience the ideographic function of grammar and improve their English grammar learning.Therefore,this research mainly includes(1)Does the application of digital situation creation in English grammar teaching in senior high school help to deepen students’ understanding of English grammar structure and ideographic function?(2)How does the application of digital situation creation in high school English grammar teaching deepen students’ understanding of English grammar structure and ideographic function?Based on constructivist learning theory and affective filtering hypothesis theory this paper sorts out the current research on situational teaching methods at home and abroad,and determines the development and principles of situational teaching methods.development laid the foundation.Aiming at the problems existing in learning English grammar in Class 20,Grade 1 of S High School in H City,the author used the digital situational classroom to carry out an action research on the class for nearly a semester.Through research tools such as tests,questionnaires,classroom observations and interviews,the data in the process of action research is analyzed,and its application strategy and application process are continuously improved.The results showed that after three rounds of action research,students’ grammar learning ability and interest in learning English grammar were significantly improved,and students’ resistance to English grammar learning was significantly reduced.Based on this research,this paper summarizes the application strategies of the following digital situational classrooms in senior high school English grammar teaching:1.Follow the pace of the times and keep teachers’ own information dynamically updated;2.Be good at using technology to apply emerging things to teaching;3.Create a reasonable situation,to ensure the authenticity and identity of the situation;4.Clear teaching ideas and simplify the obscure teaching content.It is hoped that in the future grammar teaching,it can provide some reference value for excellent teachers to better carry out grammar teaching.
