Research On The Creation Strategy Of Character Feature Films

The feature film is a noun with strong Chinese characteristics.The development of feature films closely follows the era’s pulse,progressing with the development of history and changing with the changes of social formation.The character-based feature film is an important branch of many types of feature films,which is deeply loved by the majority of viewers because of their outstanding performance of the subjects’ character,life and quality,and it has a certain value orientation and humanistic concern.With the emergence of media convergence,the improvement of audiences’ aesthetic tastes and the development of film production technology,the creation of character-based feature film has also been put forward higher requirements.At present,there are few theoretical studies on the creation of character-based feature films in academia,so it cannot better guide the creation and research of future character-based feature films in the new situation.This paper mainly summarizes and analyzes the definition,concept,development status,research’s purpose and significance of character feature films,and adopts document analysis method,case study method and creative practice method.It is also analyzed and studied for character feature films in four chapters on artistic features,narrative strategies,audiovisual expressions and innovative thinking,and explored the creation strategies and innovative ideas of character feature films.From the perspective of creation,through the collection of literature and materials on feature films,the selection of excellent feature film cases and my graduation work "Hello,Xiong’an",it has a creative analysis artistic features,narrative strategies,and audio-visual expressions;from the perspective of innovation,through the analysis of the existing problems and the necessity of transformation and innovation of character feature films in the context of media integration,it integrates my own understanding and combines technology and art,to propose development ideas and innovative paths in the future for character film,and it has a great reference and guidance to the creation of future character film.
