In the context of the era of big data,it has become a new trend to promote the development of my country’s intangible culture heritage protection through high-tech and other means.In 2009,the Dong paper-cutting and embroidery art with the papercutting of Sanjiang Dong Minority as its core content was included in the Guangxi Intangible Cultural Heritage List.The paper-cutting of the Sanjiang Dong Minority not only has a unique style that is different from other areas,but also contains rich cultural connotations.However,the Paper-cutting of Sanjiang Dong Minority’s ability to under the traditional methods of transfer and creation is insufficient to adapt to the rapid development of the industry.Thanks to the rapid development of big data and deep learning technology,deep learning algorithms perform well in image generation tasks based on large-scale sample data sets,but they still face difficulties in learning with small samples.The main work content of this paper includes three aspects: Basic Research on Paper-cutting of Sanjiang Dong Minority;Qin Naishiqing is a representative inheritor of intangible cultural heritage.Design analysis of the Visual of Qin Naishiqing’s Paper-cut Patterns;Design and development of intelligent generation of paper-cut patterns。First,focus on the Paper-cutting of Sanjiang Dong Minority,obtain relevant information about the Paper-cutting of Sanjiang Dong Minority through multiple channels,combing through relevant documents such as the Clothing of Sanjiang Dong Minority,embroidery,totem culture,etc.,and analyze and summarize the attributes and development status of the Paper-cutting of Sanjiang Dong Minority.Secondly,take Qin Naishiqing ’s paper-cut pattern as the analysis object.Using the theory of graphic design to analyze the visual elements,bone forms,composition rules,etc.of the papercut,and summarize the Visual of the paper-cut patterns of Qin Naishiqing.First,use graphic design methods to construct and verify the innovative pattern of Qin Naishiqing ’s paper-cut patterns,then summarize the operation process and thinking process in the designer’s pattern construction,and finally summarize the steps and the specific methods used in each step.This step can be copied in other paper-cut pattern creations.Finally,construct a data set based on visual,Aiming at training difficulties such as small number of samples,disordered specifications,inconsistent quality,and weak geometric regularity,data set construction schemes such as survival of the fittest,pattern disassembly,and classification enhancement based on the visual of paper-cut patterns are proposed.Play the role of a designer and participate in the iterative process of the construction of the intelligent generative model and the experiment,put forward suggestions,evaluate and screen the results of the experiment,and summarize the evaluation and screening process.The experiment has achieved phased results and improved the innovation ability and efficiency of Sanjiang Dong’s paper-cut patterns to a certain extent andprovides new ideas for solving the problem of the mismatch between Sanjiang Dong’s paper-cut pattern innovation needs and traditional creative methods.The research in this paper also has problems such as the loss of detailed features of the generated pattern and insufficient connectivity,which may be alleviated by adding appropriate postprocessing.
