A Research On Integration Of Tao And Technology Of Mo Zi’s Theory

Mo Zi,a thinker of the Spring and Autumn and Warring States Period,his doctrines are all-encompassing,and the later generations have achieved countless results in the study of his theoretical system,involving many fields such as ethics and science.However,his Integration of Tao and Technology seldom appeared as an independently studied and dissussed theory.In view of this,this article focuses on Mozi’s thought of "the integration of Taoism and technology",and strives to deepen and interpret Mozi’s philosophy from different perspectives.Mozi’s "Integration of Tao and Technology" refers to the unity of the theoretical system of "Tao" and science and technology.This unity of thinking makes "knowledge" and "action","science" and "rationality","Profit" and "righteousness",personal "self-cultivation" and others "respect for the virtuous and the same" are combined to form its "integration of Taoism and technology" technology community norms.The article is divided into the following four chapters to elaborate,The first chapter mainly elaborates the background and ideological origins of Mozi’s scientific and technological ethics.First,Mozi’s ethical thoughts are explained from two sides: the background of his dentity as a manual laborer and the background of the era,and then he found its bitrhplace and grasped its origin from the trend of historical culture and the understanding of social production practice.Chapter Two makes a brief introduction to the words and etymologies of "Tao" and "Technology" from the perspective of Mozi’s philosophy,and briefly introduces the ontology,epistemology and methodology of Mozi’s method of integrating "Tao" and "Technology" Combing.The third chapter is developed with knowledge and practice,advocating science and technology,being prosperous and noble,and being people-oriented.and discusses the main content of the "unity of Tao and Technology".Chapter Four analyzes its historical positioning and contemporary value of "the integration of Taoism and technology" as a research perspective,and analyzes the reference significance of "the integration of Taoism and technology" for the socialist ideology with Chinese characteristics in the new era,so as to achieve the purpose of applying its ideas from the past to the present.
