Research On The Construction Of Cross-regional Cooperation Mechanism In The Inheritance Of "The Legend Of Mulan"

"Legend of Mulan" was approved by the State Council as the second batch of national intangible cultural heritage list in 2008.The story of "Legend of Mulan" is widely spread,and the spirit of loyalty and filial piety in Mulan still has a powerful force today.This article first summarizes the research on non-genetic inheritance of cross-regional folk literature at home and abroad,and finds that scholars have more comprehensive research on non-genetic inheritance,including the application of folk literature,oral inheritance,and the resulting industrial development.,Not only encourages different groups to participate in the inheritance of intangible cultural heritage,but also suggests the combination of digitization and intangible cultural heritage,and the combination of cultural tourism and intangible cultural heritage.However,there are relatively few studies on the cross-regional cooperative inheritance of intangible cultural heritage of folk literature.Secondly,it is found that the related research of "Legend of Mulan" mostly focuses on explaining the cultural connotation and contemporary value of Mulan,and the disputes about the birthplace or hometown of "Legend of Mulan".The research mentions the dispute over the hometown of the "Legend of Mulan",and also suggests that it should be passed on through cooperation,but it did not propose how to cooperate.On the basis of the above research,this paper conducts research from the perspective of the cross-regional cooperation and inheritance of the "Legend of Mulan".Based on the investigation of the status quo of the inheritance of the "Legend of Mulan",we found out the situation of the inheritance of the "Legend of Mulan" and analyzed the situation of the inheritance of the "Legend of Mulan"."The reasons for cross-regional formation and the reasons why various regions compete for Mulan’s hometown.According to the actual situation,analyze whether the "Legend of Mulan" has the basic conditions for cross-regional cooperation and inheritance and the feasibility of cooperation,analyze the main body and motivation of the "Legend of Mulan"cross-regional inheritance cooperation,and try to build the "Legend of Mulan"cross-regional inheritance cooperation mechanism.First,analyze the status quo of the inheritance of "Legend of Mulan".In the analysis of the current situation of inheritance,the two inheritance areas of Yucheng and Huangpi of the "Legend of Mulan" are mainly selected,and the five inheritance methods of art,oral,festival,society,and tourism are analyzed,and the current situation of the inheritance of the "Legend of Mulan" is found..The reason why Mulan’s hometown was contested by various inheritance places has a great relationship with the four characteristics of folklore’s collective,oral,inheritance,and variability,and the division of administrative regions since New China.Various regions compete for Mulan’s hometown,mainly due to the particularity of "Mulan Legend" as an intangible cultural heritage.It is constantly being spread,and local customs related to Mulan will appear in different places,and various regions have formed different interest groups due to administrative divisions.The interests of this region naturally compete for the excellent cultural resource of "Legend of Mulan".Secondly,proceeding from reality,analyze the basis and feasibility of the construction of the "Mulan Legend" cross-regional inheritance cooperation mechanism.The basic environment analysis part of the "Mulan Legend" cross-regional inheritance cooperation mechanism mainly uses the PEST analysis method to analyze.It is found that the country is gradually attaching importance to the inheritance of intangible heritage,the funding of non-genetic inheritors is gradually increasing,and the legend tells that the technological environment is gradually For the better,but the social inheritance environment is gradually shrinking,and the inheritance method needs to be updated.Based on the analysis of the basic environment of cooperation,it is found that the "Legend of Mulan" all have common cultural resources,and all need to inherit the "Legend of Mulan".The sustainability of inheritance and the need for regional brand building make the "Legend of Mulan" cross-regional inheritance cooperation Gradually feasible.The third is the analysis of the main body and motivation of the cross-regional inheritance and cooperation of the "Legend of Mulan".Through the definition of "Mulan Legend" inheritance subject,it is found that "Mulan Legend" has three subjects that play different roles-the government,non-hereditary inheritors,and the people.Analyze the role of the three subjects in the inheritance of the "Legend of Mulan" and their interest appeals,discover the driving force for the cross-regional inheritance and cooperation of the "Legend of Mulan",the driving force of regional economy and local brand development to promote the introduction of government cooperation strategic agreements,and the non-genetic inheritors.Genetic inheritance and sustainable development promote more exchanges,and the multi-faceted needs of the people promote cooperation.Finally,based on the perspective of regional cooperation and regional cultural brand building,an attempt was made to construct the "Mulan Legend Community" cross-regional cooperation and inheritance model.Explain the connotation of "Mulan Legend Community",try to operate from three aspects of system,operation and benefit protection,and carry on the cooperation of relevant subjects of "Mulan Legend".Determine the development goal of the "Mulan Legend Community" cross-regional cooperation and inheritance-jointly apply for the Mulan Cultural and Ecological Reserve,try to advance to the world-class cultural heritage list,strengthen publicity,build an overall image,and attach importance to community development and joint construction.Promote the construction of the "Mulan Legend Community" digital platform from the construction of the "Mulan Legend" platform and sound digital inheritance methods,and promote the industrial development strategy of the "Mulan Legend Community" from the Mulan Cultural Heritage Center and Mulan culture into tourism resources and cultural and creative products.
