Application Of Chinese Painting Elements In 2D Animation Design

In the new media animation environment,all kinds of artistic style works are widely disseminated.With the rapid development of information technology,people can more easily watch the animation works of various countries.At the same time,the audience’s requirements for the form of expression and artistic style of animation have also undergone significant changes,and the works that can show the national cultural characteristics and highlight the national cultural connotation have become the audience’s expectations.Chinese painting culture has a long history of development.As one of the artistic expression forms with unique style,Chinese early animation has won many awards at home and abroad by virtue of Chinese painting elements.In recent years,elements of traditional Chinese painting have frequently appeared in Chinese and foreign animation works.The rise of Chinese-style animation has not only been well received by domestic and foreign audiences,but also created high market profits for it.Chinese national art elements extensive and profound,Chinese painting elements as an important part of Chinese national art,its unique beauty is worth us to learn from.The flexible use of traditional Chinese painting elements in animation creation can not only enhance the artistic quality of the works,but also benefit to enhance the ideological connotation of the works.The integration of traditional Chinese painting elements with modern spirit also responds to the view of cultural confidence and promotes the dissemination of excellent traditional Chinese culture.This topic focuses on the traditional Chinese painting elements including brush and ink techniques,composition methods,color techniques,artistic conception and other aspects of the creation of specific analysis.It briefly describes the development process of Chinese painting and the basic painting techniques of Chinese painting.Then combined with the related animation works,analysis of the traditional Chinese painting elements embodied in animation design.Through the research and analysis of the use of lines,composition,the use of color elements and internal performance.Based on the collection and integration of materials,this paper creates a two-dimensional animation short film "Zhen Zhen and new year’s beast",and analyzes the specific performance of traditional Chinese painting elements in the short film "treasure and new year’s beast"from the aspects of character design and scene design.The combination of Chinese painting elements and animation design is not only a test of the animator’s production process,but also the inheritance and innovation of Chinese traditional culture.By combining theory with practice,this paper hopes to provide some help for animation creators.
