Research On The Inheritance And Development Of Heqing Silver Foring Skills Of The Intangible Cultural Heritage

Intangible cultural heritage is the product of human labor practice.The intangible cultural heritage that has been passed on to now is the embodiment of people’s wisdom and labor creation.The inheritance and development of intangible cultural heritage can not only enrich the material and spiritual life,but also enhance the national cultural confidence and national cultural strength.In addition,Heqing silver forging technique in this study was selected as the fourth batch of national intangible cultural heritage in 2014.This skill was mainly spread in Xinhua Village,Heqing County,Yunnan Province.With Xinhua Village as the core,it promoted the development of the silver and copper making industry in the north of Heqing.Xinhua village using Heqing silver forging craft called Xinhua silver,as the carrier of Heqing silver forging technology,Xinhua silver is both a market commodity,also has intangible cultural heritage process and core value of intangible heritage products,is the Heqing silver forging skills,contains valuable historical and cultural value.This study mainly using case analysis method,interview and observation method,select the Heqing silver forging technology core area for the field,in the village more than 30 days of field visits,interview Heqing silver forging technology inheritors,craftsmen,government staff,and actually participate in the Heqing silver forging technology,Heqing traditional craft workstation,manual workshop,silver sales shop daily practice,collect the historical origin,process value and inheritance status and Xinhua silver operation.Based on this,through investigating the typical carrier of Heqing Silver forging skills,explore the problems and reasons existing in the inheritance and development of Heqing Silver forging skills,and put forward suggestions to solve problems from the perspective of government function management.Due to its dual attributes of economic value and cultural value,Heqing silver forging technology has become one of the better representatives of the protection,inheritance and development through the continuous efforts and government support of Chinese intangible cultural heritage.However,the inheritance of Heqing Silver forging skills is still faced with the problems of superficial inheritance and training methods and low cultural literacy of inheritance groups.Xinhua Silver ware is also faced with serious product homogenization and shallow practice of emerging sales models.There are four reasons for its aspects: first,the inheritance work focuses on short-term benefits and strong purpose;the second is the inheritance group has insufficient education background,low level of artistic conservation;third,the business is driven by profit and utilitarian;fourth,the local understanding and insufficient attention to the new sales model.At the end of the study,countermeasures and suggestions for the government were put forward from the cultural functions of the government,organization and coordination and market supervision,combined with the actual situation.The author hope to take this research for crane silver forging skills next inheritance and development to provide reference ideas,Xinhua village can protect and continue to inherit the crane silver forging skills,combining with contemporary innovation practice,create more cultural implication and economic value of intangible heritage products,at the same time,do cultural inheritance and economic development hand in hand in hand,explore a suitable for the benign development of intangible cultural heritage in the modern market.
