Abstract/Summary:
Purpose:With the continuous development of society,there were many reports on the psychological problems of the elderly,and the academic circles have gradually begun to pay attention to this special group.At present,the research on loneliness in our country had made some progress,but the research on loneliness of the elderly is still just starting.In this thesis,I selected the elderly group in Hulunbuir area of Inner Mongolia as the research object,the purpose is to understand the physical and mental health,mental health and The current situation of loneliness;to explore ways to reduce the loneliness of the elderly and improve the mental health of the elderly;further enrich the intervention strategies for the health management of the elderly in ethnic minority areas,and effectively promote the realization of the goal of comprehensive health care for the elderly.Method:Study 1: the average score of loneliness was 45.06 ± 48 points,the loneliness of the elderly is at a relatively high level.Among them,marital status,gender and the number of children have a significant impact on the degree of loneliness.Study 2: By selecting several elderly people with high scores of loneliness as interview subjects,we can understand the main factors that cause loneliness in the elderly,and design a group intervention program that meets the elder’s own conditions to reduce loneliness,thereby reducing the elderly The level of loneliness.Study 3: From the data of Study 1,32 elderly people with high loneliness scores were selected and divided into intervention group and experimental group.Among them,there were 16 elderly people in the intervention group and the control group.The intervention group was treated with Andai Dance therapy group-assisted intervention,once a week,each time for 60 minutes,a total of 12 times.The control group participates in the learning of ordinary square dance at the same time period,at the same place,and with the same requirements and ensuring that all members were present.After the experiment,the UCLA scale scores before and after the intervention were used to compare and analyze the differences between the two groups and evaluate the effect of the intervention.Result:(1)The results in Study 1 shows that the loneliness of the elderly is at a relatively high level.Among them,marital status,gender,and number of children have a significant impact on the degree of loneliness.(2)Group counseling combined with Andai dance is effective in reducing the loneliness of the elderly.(3)Ordinary square dance has limited effect on reducing the loneliness of the elderly.Andai dance has a certain degree of flexibility and practicality.It is suitable for using in elderly groups and can be used for reference and application in future work for the elderly.(4)The group activity program designed in this study is practical and can be used as a program for improving the loneliness of the elderly in minority areas.Conclusion:(1)Investigation and research show that age,occupation,and ethnicity do not affect the level of loneliness;gender,marital status and the number of children are positively correlated with loneliness.(2)Andai dance group psychological counseling combines traditional Andai dance techniques with dance therapy,and through effective and targeted interventions,the elderly can be under suggestive,spontaneous,creative,connected,and interactive conditions.Dancing can reduce the loneliness of the elderly.(3)The form and function of Andai dance have similarities with dance therapy,Laban Movement Analysis(LMA),Kestenberg Movement Analysis(KMP)and other theories.Integrating Andai dance into dance group counseling is more helpful to improve therapy effect.(4)Andai dance group psychological counseling conforms to the local regional culture.
