A Study On The Punishment Of “The Punishment Of Lv”of“Shang Shu”

"The Punishment Of Lu" is the only penal article in the Book of History.Although the title of this paper is "A study of punishment in ’The Punishment Of Lu’",the object of study is not the superficial penal system,but the thought hidden behind the punishment name."Punishment" is only the starting point of the study.Fundamentally,it is a study of the history of ideas.The first chapter of this paper discusses the controversies on the chronology and nature of "The Punishment Of Lu" in academic circles.About the age,the first section to "West Zhou Mu King said" and "Spring and Autumn Warring States
