A Critical Study Of Constellation Culture From The Perspective Of Marxist Philosophy

Astrology originated in ancient Babylon,and then evolved into constellation culture after the transformation and development of ancient Greece.Under the influence of naive materialism,the early constellation culture took concrete material as the origin of the world and explained the movement of the stars with dialectical relations of unity of opposites.Later,the constellation culture was influenced by medieval theological thought and modern rational solipsism,which transformed into idealism and emphasized conceptual determinism.After the reform and opening up,constellation culture has been introduced into China and its influence has been expanding,becoming an important part of China’s subculture.In the Internet era,the popularization and application of the Internet has boosted the spread of constellation culture,especially among the young people,which has exerted a wide influence and subtly changed the lifestyle and thinking mode of the young people.Constellation culture caters to the needs of teenagers seeking psychological sustenance and social utility in the context of China’s rapid development,and makes teenagers have wrong self-cognition through ambiguous psychological hints,which has a very negative impact on their growth and development.Based on the research perspective of Marxist philosophy,this paper sorts out the origin and development of the constellation culture,explores the theoretical source of the construction of the constellation culture and analyzes the reasons for its popularity in China.In the field of ideology,constellation culture,as a cultural product,is a tool for the West to promote cultural hegemony.The fatalism transmitted by the constellation culture negates the viewpoint of Marxist practice and is historical nihilism in nature.In view of the relationship between Marxist subject and object,practice and cognition,the constellation culture unilaterally exaggerates the absoluteness of the constellation,obliterates the initiative of the subject,excludes the concrete practice from the human nature,and distorts the value concept of the audience of the constellation culture.To reveal the essence of constellation culture from the perspective of Marxist philosophy is helpful for the audience to distinguish and criticize the historical nihilism and fatalism in constellation culture,so as to establish a scientific world outlook,outlook on life and values.
