Application Of Buddhist Stone Relief Elements In Overglaze Ceramic Painting

Buddhist stone relief sculpture is a kind of Buddhist sculpture art.Its artistic elements can be used for reference by other art categories.With the continuous development of ceramic art and the continuous integration of Chinese and Western aesthetic culture,artists from all walks of life are no longer satisfied with traditional materials.Various objective things,as the carrier of painting materials or ideas,have been separated from the real world.Ceramic with high inclusiveness has also become a new position for the development of contemporary art.More and more new pictures appear on the same glaze,Various styles of painting schools are also trying to make ceramic materials,and the innovation of ceramic art has become an inevitable trend.Based on the concept of art localization and the relevant knowledge of semiotics,this paper explores the combination between ceramic painting and Buddhist stone relief.Through the understanding of Buddhist stone relief culture and the analysis of the same theme painting,it is found that the two commonly used creative methods in contemporary art,concept and symbol,are very suitable to be transplanted into ceramic painting.In the continuous research,I further deepened my creative thinking and understanding of materials,and better guided myself to create ceramic paintings with contemporary artistic value and national cultural outlook.
