A Study On The Ge Tan Zu In Kong Zi Shi Lun

Ge Tan Zu(葛覃组)in Kong Zi Shi Lun(《孔子诗论》)is a comment on the five poems centered on Getan(《葛覃》)which is in the Bamboo Book of Chu of the warring States period collected in Shanghai Museum.It is divided into the first discussion,the second and third round of discussion.The recurring phrase Min Xing Gu Ran(民性固然)is its key representation.The Ge Tan Zu presents a new classification of poetry and a new way of the theory of Poetry.The study of Ge Tan Zu not only provides new materials and ideas for the rethinking of the words and purposes of poems such as Getan,but also provides the method of Xing(性)in the study of the history of Poetry in the pre-Qin Dynasty.In addition to the introduction,this paper is divided into four chapters:The first chapter is the identification of the poems of Ge Tan Zu in Kong Zi Shi Lun,which is mainly based on:firstly,the repeated phrase Min Xing Gu Ran in the comments;secondly,the syllogism structure which is very similar to that of the Guan Ju Zu(关雎组).The second chapter is the study of the words and words of Ge Tan Zu in Kong Zi Shi Lun,which focuses on the origin of the different text Xi(綌)in Mao Shi-Getan(《毛诗·葛覃》)and the meaning of Bu Shu(不淑)in Mao Shi-Junzi xielao(《毛诗·君子偕老》).The third chapter is about the poetic purport of Ge Tan Zu in Kong Zi Shi Lun.This paper focuses on the purpose of Getan and"the woman to be married"with"a poem that respects the original meaning"in Kong Zi Shi Lun;the purpose of Mugua(《木瓜》)and"complimentary reply"with"the importance of Bi Bo"in Kong Zi Shi Lun;the purpose of Youdi zhidu(《有杕之杜》)and"longing for sages"with"giving gifts to guests"in Kong Zi Shi Lun.The fourth chapter is the study of the theory of Min Xing Gu Ran in Ge Tan Zu in Kong Zi Shi Lun.This chapter focuses on the relationship between the theory of Xing of Simeng School(思孟学派)and Kong Zi Shi Lun,the specific connotation of the theory of Xing and the relationship between Xing and Li(礼)in Ge Tan Zu.
