In the 1990 s,Chinese science fiction appeared in the literary world with a new attitude.It not only got rid of the shackles of popular science function,but also expanded the speaking space of contemporary literature with open imagination and sharp thinking.Among the new generation of Chinese science fiction writers,Liu Cixin brings Chinese science fiction to the height of the world with his unique creative perspective,and also brings science fiction from the edge of the literary world to the public’s vision.Taking Liu Cixin’s science fiction as the research object,this paper aims to explore Liu’s different examination and Reflection on human survival from the perspective of science,and highlight the significance of his unique literary practice to the development of Chinese science fiction discourse space.This paper mainly includes three parts: introduction,text and conclusion.The introduction first defines the concept of science fiction and shows the evolution of scientific discourse in the historical evolution of Chinese and Western science fiction.Then it points out the point of view and significance of topic selection of this paper on the relationship between science and science fiction creation.Finally,it combs the relevant literature of Liu Cixin’s science fiction research and summarizes the research ideas of this paper.The first chapter from the cultural background and combined with Liu Cixin’s growth experience,expounds his creation background of science as the core concept of science fiction and his creation process.The second chapter analyzes the ideological connotation of Liu’s science fiction from the perspective of science.Liu Cixin’s setting of the dark environment of the universe is intended to point out the survival situation of human beings and the tribulations that must be experienced to continue civilization,and to give hope to life in the struggle and redemption.The third chapter analyzes the writing of lonely images in Liu’s science fiction.The three lonely images in Liu Cixin’s works shoulder the great responsibility of continuing civilization.What they leave behind in the confusion and dark unknown is the cold figure who bravely chooses against the current.But behind the cold figure is the deep love of the nation.These three images are the light pursuer who goes against the current,the rootless wanderer who wanders in the deep space and the pioneer who seeks Eden.The fourth chapter analyzes the unique singularity narrative of Liu’s science fiction.Singularity narrative is the writing of singularity events,which means singularity and grand imagination in aesthetic sense.Liu Cixin subverts the familiar world within the singularity with his amazing imagination,and concretizes the invisible things beyond the singularity,which can not be described by people,and establishes the cognitive reality of science fiction on the basis of strict logical reasoning.The conclusion part analyzes the significance of Liu Cixin’s science fiction to the history of contemporary literature and the creation dilemma of Chinese science fiction on the basis of this paper.
