A Study On Poetic Narration Of Cao Naiqian’s Novels

Cao Naiqian is a writer with unique style in modern literary world.His novels take the native land as the theme and describe a unique Yanbei world for readers.On the basis of narratology,literary rhetoric and linguistic theories,this paper systematically combs the poetic features of Cao Naiqian’s novels from the perspective of poetic narrative,in order to dig deeper connotations of his novels and open up a new way for the interpretation of his works.Based on the definition of "poetic",this paper combs the poetic tradition of modern novels,and constructs the poetic characteristics of Cao Naiqian novels based on this.In the interpretation of the novel text,mainly from the narrative structure,narrative perspective and mechanism,narrative language and narrative images,to explore the poetry contained in the novel.In the narrative structure,this paper starts from the prose structure of "form scattered" and "emotion gathered" and the poetic ending of "blank space",thus exploring the poetic nature of his novels in the narrative structure;In terms of narrative perspective and mechanism,the novel reveals the poetry and beauty of its novel world through the choice of narrative perspective and keynote of "children’s perspective" and "recall mechanism";In the narrative language of novels,this paper combs the poetic language of Cao Naiqian’s novels,including "elegance" frequently used in rhetoric and "vulgarity" used in dialect folk songs,and the combination of "elegance" and "vulgarity" together constructs the poetic expression of his novel narrative language;In the aspect of narrative images,this paper explores the deeper poetic connotation in narrative images of his novels through the analysis of natural images,folk images and cultural images.
