Research On The Acception Of Wei-Jin Demeanor In The Late Qing Dynasty

During the Jia Jing and Dao Guang period in Qing dynasty,there appeared the thoughts of Wei-Jin Demeanor among Chinese scholars.Similar cultural context,ideas and regards strike a chord between the late-Qing and Wei-Jin scholars.The proceeding of Wei-Jin Demeanor covers three periods:1.The modern times of enlightenment literature led by enlightenment thinkers;2.The reform movement period of literature by the reformists;3.The brooding period of literature revolution represented by revolutionary authors such as Zhang Taiyan.This Wei-Jin Demeanor is characteristic of constant change and evolution.First,the return of Wei-Jin aesthetics thoughts.Second,the deepening of this trend under direction of Wei-Jin style writing practice and with influence of leading scholars’charm,and finally,fully accepting and integration of this style.With acception of the Late Qing scholars,the connotation of Wei-Jin Demeanor takes on many new attributes.In aesthetics,the style changes from grief dominated to indignation dominated.Value orientation changes from individualistic expression to patriotism.in practical function,it transforms from appreciation of beauty and self-entertaining to fighting weapons.During this time,the scholars’activities assumes multi-dimensions and identical values.The late Qing time is a significant period in the history of Wei-Jin acception,which is a critical time for Wei-Jin values to transform from ancient to modern concept.With the Late Qing scholars’reconstruction,Wei-Jin Demeanor deserts more individualism,and gets more involved into social life with more responsibility and humane care.All this laid a good foundation for the coming upsurge of Wei-Jin Demeanor in the beginning of 20^th century.
