A Study On The Melody Of Hachatuliang’s Violin Concerto In D Minor

The composer of the former Soviet Union,Hachatuliang,June 1908.Armenian,author of the National Anthem of the Armenian Soviet Socialist Republic.His music creation is influenced by Armenian national music style.His works are characterized by enthusiasm,optimism,rich color,rich melody and high skill.In his works,he combined the Armenian national music style with it and created many classic masterpieces.Violin Concerto in D minor is the only Violin Concerto he composed in his life.The melody is full of eastern and Transcaucasian music elements.I think that the melody in Violin Concerto in D minor is of great research value.Therefore,this paper will take violin concerto in D minor as the research blueprint,focusing on the analysis of its melody.The thesis consists of five parts: first,it expounds the theoretical and practical significance of the topic,determines the research methods,and summarizes and reviews the relevant literature of hachatuliang and melody.Secondly,the author studies and discusses the life and experience of hachatuliang,and expounds the background of the work of Violin Concerto in D minor.Thirdly,on the basis of grasping the structure and theme of the three movements of Violin Concerto in D minor,the paper analyzes the theme melody expression method,the subordinate melody and three tone system,makam hogazka and Tajik style in melody.Finally,the author summarizes the melody characteristics of the Violin Concerto in D minor by hachatuliang and expounds the author’s final point of view.
