Nowadays, with the flourishing development of science and technology, new things such as AIs,robots and cyborgs have become familiar to people. Some of them have become realities, while more are active on the screen of sci-fi movies. In recent years, growing like explosions, the sci-fi movies have caused people to think deeply about subjectivity: “Who am I?” and “Who will be I?”.The ultimate questioning has never stopped. To illustrate,Spike Jonze’s sci-fi romance movie Her(2013)tells a romantic story between Theodore and his no-entity artificial intelligent Operating System Samantha, and reveals the current co-existing situation between human beings and technology with the warm storyline.Based on the relevant theories of such posthuman thinkers as Katherine Hayles,Donna Haraway and Rosi Braidotti, this thesis argues about the extension and evolution of subjectivities in posthuman era from the perspectives of cognition transformation from “presence/absence” to“pattern/randomness” and the triple boundaries breaking of posthuman subjects. It thus draws a conclusion that the stable, rational and gendered traditional subjects are deconstructed into the floating, decentred and nomadic post-human subject. This trend is positive and inevitable.People should deal well with the relationships between human beings, human and things, and human and humanoids(AIs,cyborgs, etc). This thesis does not urge people to stay away from new technologies and inventions,or to trigger hostilities, but to hold a view that this process is to stimulate the potential of human subjectivity, and use the “other” to discover a broader aspect of their subjectivity, which is imperative to know ourselves and survive in the post-human era.
