Research On The Southern China Oil Painting School Of Landscape Painting

After eight years,the Southern China Oil Painting School of Landscape Painting has gathered 28 artists from 12 provinces and municipalities directly under the Central Government,and there are landscape oil painters who illuminate the times.These artists often go out to sketch,hold exhibitions and academic seminars in southern China to discuss the charm of artistic language of landscape oil painting.The landscape oil paintings presented by the painting school not only need to analyze their characteristics under the specific regional conditions in southern China,but also need to explore the potential future development of Chinese landscape oil paintings from the perspective of Chinese and Western.Today,with the continuous blending of China and the West,the Southern China Landscape Painting School has inherited the painting classics in history,and keeps pace with the times,expanding and transcending through practice,in order to create the southern China landscape oil paintings worthy of the times and the nation.This paper is divided into four chapters.The first chapter describes the reasons for the formation of the Southern China Oil Painting School of Landscape Painting from three aspects: the regional conditions(natural factors and humanistic factors)in South China,the influence of Western landscape oil painting and the development of contemporary Chinese landscape oil painting.The second chapter combines the painting works of the artists of the Southern China Oil Painting School of Landscape Painting over the past eight years and some historical materials,and finds the commonality of the artistic language of the painting school,and Lists representative works of painters from the Southern China Oil Painting School of Landscape Painting.The painting works mainly start from the charm of the artistic language of the painting and the painting concept that the school wants to convey,and analyze the content expressed by the artistic language from the perspective of Chinese and Western.The third chapter analyzes the paintings of Zhang Dongfeng,Chen Hexi and Guo Kai by case analysis,looking for the forming factors of their painting styles and the profound meaning of painting language contained in their works.The fourth chapter sorts out the artistic influence of the Southern China Oil Painting School of Landscape Painting in accordance with the timeline,and describes the existing problems,and puts forward a constructive view on the future direction of the school.
