| As the first person of the "reduced brushwork" style of Chinese painting,Liang Kai opened the history of Southern Song Dynasty painting and even the history of Chinese painting with concise,relaxed,swift and resolute,fully and delightfully brushwork and ink style.From the perspective of contemporary painting history,Liang Kai’s "reduced brushwork" painting style was more expressive than his early meticulous and exquisite court style,and many scholars in later generations studied his "reduced brushwork" painting style.Liang Kai’s reduced brushwork figure painting works can be classified as Zen painting school in its artistic characteristics.It can be said that Liang Kai’s "reduced brushwork " breaks through the barriers of traditional Chinese ink figure painting creation with the appearance of "Zen art" and affects the development of Chinese ink freehand painting from Yuan,Ming and Qing Dynasties to modern times and Japan.Attempting to break the traditional Chinese painting by Confucian culture influenced by the literati painting system as the main evaluation and appreciation system,this paper attaches importance to the subjective and objective interaction of Zen thought in the creation of Liang Kai’s reduced brushwork figure painting,discuss the artistic characteristics and value of Liang Kai’s reduced brushwork figure painting from the perspective of "discuss painting with Zen",and discuss the Zen interest in Liang Kai’s reduced brushwork figure painting from the perspective of "paint with Zen",which is opposite to the previous part.As a local religion in China,Zen has always been sought after by many literati and poets in China because of its "epiphany theory" of "verify whether knowledge and understanding are correct with heart with no writing".In the field of painting,Zen has developed into a unique category of Chinese ink freehand painting-Zen painting.Zen painting is the product of the painter’s epiphany of Zen and his understanding of the life noumenon,so the author needs to understand the Zen mind and original purpose of Zen and Zen painting on the basis of a correct understanding of Zen thought,so as to accurately interpret Zen painting and further explore the artistic appearance and connotation of Liang Kai’s reduced brushwork figure painting with Zen painting as the body.Focusing on explaining the Zen aesthetic background of Liang Kai’s reduced brushwork figure painting at the beginning,this paper always studies Liang Kai’s reduced brushwork figure painting around "Zen" to study its artistic style,on the one hand,it can restore the original purpose of Zen painting,what’s more,it is to have a more accurate research and discussion on Liang Kai’s reduced brushwork figure painting.Through combing the Zen artistic spirit of "mind","epiphany" and " treating everything with a game attitude" in Liang Kai’s reduced brushwork figure painting,the author tries his best to guide readers to understand the Zen meaning of "no writing,points directly to the heart" in Liang Kai’s reduced brushwork figure painting,and to understand the Zen interest of ink and styling more easily,aiming at achieving the research purpose of "discuss painting with Zen".In addition,the research on Liang Kai’s reduced brushwork figure painting in our country is limited in the traditional painting art research due to the lack of historical materials.The author hopes to use the contemporary research methods such as image research,induction and comparison to study the pen and ink characteristics and spiritual connotation of Liang Kai’s reduced brushwork figure painting from various angles,meanwhile,to identify fairly,seek truth from facts,and consider and screen the works that have been defined as Liang Kai’s authentic works for analysis on the basis of all the previous data collected,so as to avoid bias and misinterpretation of the research results,hoping to make contributions the research of Liang Kai’s reduced brushwork figure painting in the Southern Song Dynasty and even Chinese freehand brushwork ink painting. |
