A large number of excellent directors have emerged in the course of the continuous development of Chinese documentary films,and director Jiao Bo has become one of the representative members.His works are rooted in the countryside,always follow the evolution of Chinese rural society,and explore a suitable creative mode for their own development.The documentary films created by Jiao Bo not only achieved great achievements at home and abroad,but also completed its own aesthetic characteristics of science and art.Jiao Bo’s works not only show the multi culture,but also carry the spiritual demands and cultural ideas of human beings at different levels.This paper takes focus’ s documentary films as the research object,mainly based on the anthropological theory of film and television,systematically analyzes and interprets the ideological and artistic nature contained in focus’ s documentary films,trying to enrich focus’ s current scattered works creation research,and explore the problem consciousness revealed in focus’ s director’s works in the integration and infiltration of various disciplines,so as to provide reference for the contemporary film industry The development of visual anthropological films provides inspiration and guidance.This paper mainly discusses from four chapters.The first chapter explains and sorts out the origin of the theory of Anthropology of film and television at home and abroad,and discusses the basic concepts of Anthropology of film and television from a broad and narrow perspective.In addition,it combs the growth process of director Jiao Bo,and attempts to divide his 15 works into three stages,and expounds the creative characteristics of different stages.The second chapter focuses on the aesthetic characteristics of Jiao Bo’s documentary films,trying to summarize the tendency of Jiao Bo’s current creative themes,and combining with the specific image text to explain the humanistic care and cultural representation contained in his works.The third chapter,based on the theory of film and television anthropology,expounds the working methods of film and television anthropology used in the focal wave documentary film,and analyzes the dual expression of science and art in the focal wave documentary film.It shows the scientific reality of the rural appearance from three aspects: the concern for the natural ecology,the representative of typicality and the national targeted poverty alleviation policy,and at the same time establishes the image system in the scientific dimension Its own artistic function,through the drama plot and audio-visual rhetoric of art,to explore the visual effect of its film.The fourth chapter comprehensively analyzes the value and significance of Jiao Bo’s documentary film creation,and analyzes the multiple forms of documentary images from three perspectives: the cultural expression of local social system,the poetic transmission of natural ecological concept and the communication of documentary villages.In addition,in view of Jiao Bo’s current documentary film creation techniques,combined with the experience and lessons of Chinese film and television anthropology documentary creation,this paper puts forward rational thinking on film and television anthropology in today’s changing and developing times,and puts forward suggestions on the future development path of Chinese film and television Anthropology documentary.
