As is known to all,Cao Li is the director and professor of the mural department of the central academy of Fine Arts,the highest art institution in China.He is also a unique and very important painter in the contemporary Chinese painting world.Cao Li during the period of the central academy of fine arts teaching with the painting composition techniques lesson video art curriculum(books)characteristics,mainly discusses the professional art painting,painting creation practice and the problems encountered in the teaching process,it in the traditional teaching way(normal project objective sketch),on the basis of provides students with a different kind of relatively more freedom,more active and more imaginative way of thinking.This thesis with Cao Li’s Painting Composition techniques lesson video(books)teaching for reference,combines with the author in Cao Li painting composition techniques recorded in the class notes and Cao Li,Wu Xiao hai two teachers interact with students creative paintings for the line element,and refer to the published Cao Li personal collection of discussion and research.This paper tries to make a comprehensive analysis of the application of Cao Li’s painting composition techniques in painting creation by combining theoretical research with painting creation practice.In order to more intuitively and clearly show the difference and eclecticism between this characteristic course and the traditional teaching method of painting,this course adopts the form of both pictures and texts.Through discussion and research,explore more possibilities of the combination of Chinese and Western painting art,so as to meet the aesthetic needs of people in the new era.
