Research On The Narrative Perspective Of Character Documentary

The graduation work "Slash youth" shows the slash life of three contemporary youths in Wuzhou City,Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region in a documentary way.The reasons why they choose to live with a slash are not only the passive "have to" in the face of life pressure,but also the initiative "due to interest" and "release oneself".His(her)stories show the positive attitude of contemporary youths that "life is not only the present,but also poetry and distant fields".They are the epitome of young people who are struggling to live in the new era..This article uses the graduation work as a research sample,based on the theory of film narratology and film and television psychology,and analyzes and studies the narrative perspective of character documentaries.At the same time,the innovation brought by the introduction of narrative perspective theory in the creation of character documentaries has also been explored and explained.Based on the narrative perspective of character documentaries,the thesis focuses on the creation characteristics.In the creative feature part of the thesis,it highlights the theoretical thinking on the narrative perspective of the work: specific analysis is carried out from the three dimensions of vision,hearing,and knowledge.First,from the visual perspective,through the lens containing humanistic feelings,the audience ’s "false empathy deviation","emotional catharsis",and psychological "stimulus threshold" were theoretically explored and interpreted;the second is from the auditory perspective,through sublimation The sound setting of artistic effects summarizes and elaborates the ideographic function of the image language without narration,the empathy atmosphere of the simultaneous sound,and the promotion of music;the third is from the perspective of knowledge,through the montage editing method of extending the story,The narrative logic and theme of the whole film are sorted and refined.This article tries to explore the characteristics and highlights of the works through theoretical discussion,and also triggers the thinking of the recipients.Through the analysis and reflection on the creation of the character documentary "Slash Youth",we call on the society to pay more attention to the current youth’s life situation;I also hope that this article can study the narrative perspective in the creation of the character documentary and the documentary research on the theme of "Slash Youth" Contribute a little reference value.
