In 2018,the State Council integrated the relevant responsibilities of the Ministry of culture and the National Tourism Administration,established the Ministry of culture and tourism,sending a positive signal to the market,and all enterprises have been involved in the market of cultural tourism.A culture industry company came into being in this context.In 2017,a group company under the state owned assets supervision and Administration Commission of Chengdu established a cultural industry company with a registered capital of RMB 500 million under the guidance of Chengdu "medium and excellent" development strategy proposed by Chengdu municipal Party committee and municipal government,which is responsible for investment in Chengdu cultural tourism industry and assisting Chengdu’s construction goal of "three cities and three capitals".Based on the theory of strategic management and related research methods,this thesis uses PEST to analyze the macro environment of a cultural industry company,uses five forces model to analyze the industry environment,and analyzes the internal capabilities and value chain links of a cultural industry company,so as to clarify the core competitiveness of the enterprise,Through SWOT analysis,it is clear that SO strategy is the strategic direction of the company.Furthermore,under the guidance of the company’s strategic direction,it puts forward the company’s strategic positioning,and defines the company’s strategic core,strategic driving mode,strategic business selection and strategic key capabilities.At the same time,from the perspective of strategic implementation,it also formulated the short-term and medium-term action plans for enterprise development,and systematically planned five strategic support systems,including brand building,organizational structure,human resources,information construction and risk management.The conclusion of this research provides a practical strategic guidance for the development of a cultural industry company,which provides ideas for other cultural industry companies to make their strategies while promoting the development and growth of a cultural industry company. |
