Discussion Of Painting With Text

This dissertation focus on painting works which has texts on it.The purpose of this writing is to find out how text working on painting in different artists’ works from the two aspects: form and the process of the symbol and the dynamic relationship between texts and graphics with symbology approach.In connection with Twombly’s works and Deleuze’s theory,I described the motivation of the creating of my own works containing texts,and proposed that contemporary painting should break the old symbolic operation mechanism and establish new connections.
