The Impact Of Citizenization Of Agricultural Transform Population On Subjective Well-being

Citizenization of agricultural transform population is an inevitable requirement to comprehensively promote the people-centered new urbanization.The advancement of the citizenization of tagricultural transform population should aim at improving their SWB,which is an important point of citizenization policy.Improving the SWB of the agricultural transform population is of great significance to the construction of a harmonious society.Therefore,under the current background,understanding the status quo and influencing factors of the SWB of the migrant agricultural population in China,exploring the impact of the citizenization of agricultural transform population on their SWB,can provide reference to improve citizenization policy and the social system.This study uses CFPS2016 and CFPS2018 data which are national and timeliness,regarding the household registration conversion of the agricultural transform population in 2016-2018 as a natural experiment,using the multiple linear regression and PSM-DID,and get the following conclusions:(1)Citizenization have significant effects on the SWB of agricultural transform population;(2)Citizenization can improve the SWB of agricultural transform population by about 4.93%;(3)The effect of citizenization on SWB can be explained by the increase of social status and social organization participation.Both the theoretical basis and empirical conclusions show that the promotion of the citizenization of agricultural transform population is conducive to improving their subjective well-being.Therefore,this paper puts forward the following four suggestions: First,to promote the settlement of the migrant agricultural population by classification;Second,to enhance the social capital of the agricultural transform population,cultivate the social trust system and broaden the social relationship network;Third,to improve the social security system for the agricultural transform population,improve the quality of their employment and the social insurance system.
