A Probe Into The Moral Boundary Of Artificial Intelligence

With the rapid development of artificial intelligence and its extensive social application,related ethical issues continue to emerge,especially the debate on whether artificial intelligence can become a moral subject is becoming more and more intense.the problem comes not only from the limitation of the logic and explanatory ability of the theory itself,but also from the empirical difficulty of the theoretical horizon itself as the premise of cognition.Through the unified method of relation theory and attribute theory,this paper carries on the moral understanding of the agent from the perspective of humanism and puts forward the broad standard to solve the moral problems of artificial intelligence.On the discussion of the morality of artificial intelligence,the main controversy is not only the difference between attribute theory and relation theory,but also the distinction based on different stages of development of artificial intelligence.The moral discussion of artificial intelligence at the current stage of development adopts a "anthropomorphic" strategy,which is regarded as an important part of people’s perception of the world and as a moral subject in a sense.To discuss the moral boundary and the essence of moral problems of artificial intelligence at the present stage is to discuss the moral boundaries and moral problems of human beings.Artificial intelligence with moral attributes only has part of the conditions to become a moral subject.Through the comprehensive standpoint of relation theory and attribute theory,it is possible to reasonably explain the moral status of artificial intelligence in different stages,and on this basis,to explore the moral responsibility of artificial intelligence.The logic of the problem is: first of all,through the systematic carding and overall analysis of the current research situation of artificial intelligence morality at home and abroad,this paper points out the focus and theoretical dilemma of artificial intelligence moral research,and provides reliable research criteria and directions for the importance and possible research objectives of artificial intelligence morality and its boundary demarcation.Secondly,starting with the concepts of artificial intelligence and morality,and from the reasonable standpoint of the relationship between human intelligence and intelligence,this paper probes into the meaning and relationship between artificial intelligence and morality,and then puts forward the theoretical and logical dilemma and possible way out of the moral problems of artificial intelligence.Thirdly,take the moral thinking caused by artificial intelligence as a breakthrough to identify the theoretical differentiation of the moral status of artificial intelligence based on the different positions of humanism and non-humanism,through the investigation of the relationship between human and technology in phenomenology,return to the essential relationship between man and artificial intelligence,reconstruct the comprehensive standpoint of the unity of relation theory and attribute theory,and return to the humanistic standpoint to reinterpret the moral status of artificial intelligence.Finally,based on the explanation of comprehensive theory,the division of moral boundary of artificial intelligence is clarified,and starting from the differences of subjects and the differences of intelligence evolution,the possibility and changes of moral status in different development stages of artificial intelligence are reasonably deduced,and the relevant moral responsibility issues are clarified at the same time.
